Our Ethos

Kikubari means thoughtful attention—anticipating needs before they arise, every step of the way.

Our owner, Dan, has worked in many different roles and has been a part of various start-ups over the past several years. He has been a long time resident of Whitby and takes great pride in doing excellent work and will not quit until his customers are completely satisfied with the service he provides. He was deeply impacted by the service standards he experienced while living in Japan and aims to bring the same approach to his customers in Durham Region.
